Payment Policy

Workin Boots processes payments in accordance with the terms below.

Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

Your payment method is authorized and charged at the time of purchase. Orders begin processing immediately after payment is successfully completed. Card, Google Pay, and Apple Pay transactions are processed through Stripe; PayPal transactions are processed through PayPal. Both are verified PCI-compliant providers.

Order Verification and Fraud Protection
All orders are subject to verification and fraud review. We reserve the right to delay, cancel, or refuse any order at our discretion if a transaction is flagged for potential fraud, unauthorized use, or verification concerns.

We may request additional documentation or verification prior to processing an order. Failure to provide requested verification may result in order cancellation and refund.

Store Credit
All store credit issued by us has an expiration date of one year from the date of issuance. Any unused store credit remaining after one year will expire and become void.

Declined Payments
If your card is declined, you will receive an error message. Your card will not be charged, and no order will be processed. There may be a pending authorization hold on your account until your card-issuing bank removes it, which typically happens within 2-5 business days.

Your card may be declined for the following reasons:

  • General decline — usually caused by insufficient funds or a credit-limit issue. Contact your card-issuing bank for further details.
  • AVS (Address Verification System) mismatch — the billing address entered at checkout does not match the address on file with your card issuer.
  • Card code mismatch — the 3-4 digit CVV2/CVC2/CID code does not match what was entered during checkout.

Prepaid Credit or Gift Cards
If you are using a Visa, MasterCard, or American Express prepaid credit or gift card, register the card with the issuing bank prior to use. During checkout, be sure the billing address matches the address used when registering the card. If there is an address mismatch, the transaction may be declined and a hold may be placed on your card. Please contact the card-issuing bank if this occurs.
